Yes. Anyone, from office staff to field workers, can access the same software package. User configurable security access ensures that staff can only see the applications that are relevant to them. |

Do I have to buy a particular handheld terminal to interface with TransForm? |

No. TransForm will interface to your choice of handheld terminal to provide your preferred solution. Of course, TransForm can also be purely office based with form completions on a desktop PC. |

Options include MS Access, SQL, Oracle etc. We can also interface to host systems including CMS, SAP and Maximo. Contact us to discuss your requirement. |

Our recommended specification is a Pentium-4 1.4GHz (or equivalent) with 256Mb RAM and 1Gb of free hard disk space. The minimum specification is a Pentium-3 600MHz (or equivalent) with 128Mb RAM and 100Mb of free hard disk space. |

In what formats can I export information if required? |

TransForm uses Crystal Reports and, as such, can export data in a number of formats including Excel, Word, ODBC and Lotus 123 amongst others. |
