A FLINTSHIRE-BASED chemical firm is "going digital" to improve efficiency on its safety checks.
Warwick International, which has its UK and group headquarters in Holywell, has introduced revolutionary software in its inspections of hazardous areas.
It means safety records can be stored electronically, instead of on paper. |

| Operations director, Doug Lovatt said: "This is a real boon for us, because it improves efficiency and it makes it easier to store and retrieve records. |
| "It is part of the push towards paperless working, and all of the checks can be recorded on a small, hand-held device, which is great." |
| Steve Williams, hazardous area facilitator, added: "We are now able, through the new system called Index, to tell inspectors the precise location of each asset. |
| "This significantly contributes to time and cost savings." |
