| Terrington Data Management - FisCal Engineer Bulletin May 2006 |
FisCal Engineer, THE most effective system for scheduling and monitoring field instrumentation calibration, has recently undergone a facelift after consultation with users.
Discussions with current customers led to FisCal's product manager, Jennifer Ayre, to think about how the system could be improved to incorporate some of that 'nice to have' functionality |
| So, May 2006 saw a major upgrade to FisCal Engineer, with significant functional improvements, helping the product to remain the premier flow metering calibration tool. |
Improvements include:
ability to add links to documents located anywhere on the PC or network |
option of a floating license enabling access across a shared network drive |
improvements to Form Details in terms of 'type' and 'description' |
expanded forms library including ISO 5167 for V Cone and Classical Venturi |
ability to re-calculate calibration forms without having to restart calibration |
more user friendly tools for operators |
| Added to other notable enhancements, such as improvements to 'Not Done' form status functionality and more comprehensive electronic help, now is a great time to upgrade to the latest version of FisCal Engineer. |
