| Denis Pinto of Caledonian Flow Systems has been appointed as a reseller for our products, with a particular interest in our FisCal product suite. Denis is a highly respected figure in the oil and gas community and is an established public speaker who also sits on the Committee of the North Sea Flow Measurement Workshop. The addition of Denis will ensure that Terrington and its products are marketed overseas, particularly in Norway and Mexico, areas that Denis is currently involved with. Denis represented Terrington at the 6th International Symposium on Fluid Flow Measurement, held 16-18 May 2006 in Mexico. Denis says that FisCal was well received and is now being considered for corporate adoption by a major player in the region. |

| Solvay Interox have chosen IndEx for their Atex inspection activities. Solvay will also be using RFID tags for asset identification and Ecom i.Rocs with RFID tag readers to mobilise the inspection team. Solvay chose IndEx after a detailed investigation of the market. IndEx stood head and shoulders above other packages offered by virtue of it being a proven and established package specifically designed for purpose. Efficiency gains reported by existing users, coupled with their willingness to enthuse about the benefits of the package, offered additional comfort for us. |
|
| IndEx has helped seal a new partnership between Terrington Data Management and the Safety Consultancy Division of Aston Dane Plc, which aims to create a new generation of software-based data capture and plant inspection products. Aston Dane considered many potential alternatives, including developing their own application, before selecting IndEx as their tool of choice. Key to their decision was the flexibility and scalability of the package, along with the proactive manner in which the product team welcomed their feedback and suggested changes. |
| Mark Williams, CEO, reports that the level and quality of enquiries received in the last quarter has been exceptional and proof that the deadline for ATEX compliance, coupled with the ever present pressure to find more efficient ways of delivering business objectives, is leading more and more businesses to adopt established mobile data solutions for all their data collection needs. Graham Falcus, Chief Technical Officer, commented that, whilst demand for new systems had increased significantly, his team was keeping delivery lead times down thanks to the robustness of the products design and experience of the product commissioning team. |
|
| Other significant orders to arrive at Terrington include Shell for an upgrade to FisCal Engineer and Monitor for its St Fergus platform, SGS/BP Algeria for FisCal Engineer, pharmaceutical giant Sanofi-Aventis for a variant of Transform and UKAEA for an upgrade to their existing installation of Transform. |

| TAR TRACKER |
|
| Terrington's TAR Tracker now interfaces to i-plan, the project planning tool from Tadpole Technologies. BP Chemicals have adopted i-plan to sit behind TAR Tracker, which they have been using for almost two years to manage the health and safety activities of their plant refurbishment programmes. Thanks to the collaboration between Terrington and Tadpole, BP now have a seamless planning and activity management suite that will yield significant savings for the future. Tadpole and Terrington, along with Carcharodon Consulting, are marketing the integrated suite, with Interserve being the first user of the software. |

| SUPPORT |
|
BP Chemicals and GE Baglan Bay are amongst the latest customers to take out support contracts and benefit from responsive telephone support and preferential rates for development work, training etc, on-site support with a specified time limit and special terms for version releases. Of course, the principal benefit of support is knowing that assistance is just on the end of the phone (or email) should they require help in using their Terrington software.
Terrington report record uptake of support cover for 2006/7. Jeremy Cook of York Bioanalytical Solutions says "Whilst the software has proved to be extremely reliable, it is comforting to know that we can pick up a phone and chat through network issues or the best way to develop processes with the software".
Having a support contract in place guarantees that your query will be dealt with promptly, so please call us on 0870 8508023 if you would like us to provide a quotation. |
